Lottery has long been part of Malaysia's entertainment culture. From queuing at agent counters to buying straight from your phone, the evolution of lottery in Malaysia continues — and son55 at the forefront of this digital transformation. At son55, you can purchase lottery tickets online in minutes, pick your favourite numbers, and follow draw results live – all without leaving home.
What makes son55 the go-to lottery destination for many players is the sheer variety on offer. Beyond the familiar 4D lottery, son55 also provides 6D format, Lotto 6/49, Power Lottery with a progressive jackpot, instant lottery (digital scratch), and 3D Lottery for those who prefer a simpler format. Each format has its own draw schedule, payout rates, and gameplay mechanics — making the lottery experience on son55 far more diverse than conventional platforms.
4D Lottery – Malaysia's All-Time Favourite
The 4D format is the most recognized and widely played lottery among Malaysians. At son55, players can enter the 4D lottery by selecting any four-digit number from 0000 to 9999. Draws are held three times a week — Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday — and results are displayed live on the son55 platform immediately after the official draw concludes. Winnings are credited directly to your account with no manual claiming required.
For players who aren't sure which numbers to pick, son55 offers a Quick Pick tool that automatically generates numbers using a certified RNG algorithm. It's a popular choice among players who prefer to leave it to luck without spending time deliberating over numbers.
Lotto 6/49 Jackpot – The Malaysian Millionaire Dream
Among all the lottery formats available on son55, Lotto 6/49 offers the biggest prizes. Players choose 6 numbers from 1 to 49, and if all 6 match the draw results, the full jackpot — which can run into millions of MYR — is yours. What makes Lotto 6/49 unique is its rollover jackpot: if there's no winner, the prize carries over to the next draw, meaning the longer it goes unclaimed, the bigger it grows.
Son55 also offers a multiple entries option for Lotto 6/49, allowing players to submit up to 10 different number combinations in a single transaction. This increases your chances of winning across multiple prize tiers at once, without having to purchase each ticket separately.
Another feature that son55 players love is auto-subscription. Once enabled, your chosen numbers are automatically registered for every upcoming draw — no need to repurchase each time. This ensures you never miss a draw, even when you forget or have a busy schedule.
